The woman--no, the yokai--leads you up to the front porch of the house. She stops on the steps and faces you.
>"Ah, it seems that I've forgotten to introduce myself. Kazami Yuuka, Flower Master of the Four Seasons, at your service."
She did a very regal looking curtsy, but with only one hand in order to keep hold of her parasol. For your part, you stammer out your name, and bow deeply to her. She invites you inside.
>"Feel free to sit wherever you like."
You only meekly nod. Despite appearances, you are still half convinced that you're going to be eaten. However, the inside of the house looks homely enough. Though small, it is well furnished with old, somewhat rustic, but clearly well made furniture. And true to her title, all manner of potted flowering plants cover most surfaces and hang from the ceiling, some of which you've never even seen. You sit on a nearby couch and wait, still debating on whether or not to run. But, you figure, it's probably better to not offend a monster's hospitality. After what felt like quite a while, Yuuka returns with the tea.
>"It is such a nice evening, shall we drink this on the porch."
You nod and follow her out. She sets the tea on top of a small wrought iron table curiously being made up of an intricate floral pattern, and sits at one of the two matching chairs. You take your seat as well. It really IS a pleasant evening. The late afternoon sun has become heavy and red, painting the clouds beautiful shades of orange and vermillion. It is almost silent, but for the soft rustling of the sunflowers and of the branches of a mighty oak tree, standing sentinel astride the house, in the breeze. Really, it is breathtaking. Yuuka sits across from you gazing at the sight. Her red eyes capturing the fading sunlight. In this moment, they are one and the same. Her eyes shine with that beautiful sunset, and the sky reflects back those deep red, thoughtful, scarlet eyes...
>"beautiful, isn't it. You will find no better place for viewing the sunset in all of Gensokyo than my Garden of the Sun."
Her voice was as noble as before, though it sounded somewhat wistful. It snapped you out of your reverie. Despite the phantasmagoria, this was still a monster, wasn't it? Surely, you had never seen a sight such as this in your entire life. She looks into your eyes, and you can't helped but be entranced, no, entirely bewitched. Though still fearful of her, the placid sight of her face, with her thin lips drawn into a quizzical grin, doesn't allow you to look away.
>"Yes, I've never seen a sight such as this."
You are able to keep your voice steady, and you don't look away. After a few more moments she again gazes back toward the sky, and you do the same. In that manner you both drink your tea, until the sun has just slipped beneath the horizon and the calm of twilight covers all.

Genuine question: Would you castrate yourself if it meant living with your favorite 'hu for the rest of eternity? You would be together like a married couple, but you'd never be able to have children.
