Touhou has become essentially the only thing that grants me any degree of lasting happiness in my life at this point.

I've always had something of an overactive imagination and a very practiced mind's eye, so when I first discovered Touhou it was like a huge, unspoiled field to romp around in at my leisure. I've experimented with every kind of genre and a multitude of the cast, and have a fair amount of storylines that I've been working on for a while now.

And while it would be nice to share some of this with other people, the fact is I have no talent with drawing or writing, and if I did I wouldn't know because I absolutely lack any of the self-confidence to make the attempt in the first place.

So I just sit here day after day with all these ideas rattling around in my head.
