I need machine readable novels translated from Japanese to English for a corpus linguistics project. I found Bochan, (enough of) Genji, and a book of fairy tales on project gutenberg, but I need more than three texts and the site isn't searchable for stuff like this. Also, google books doesn't work. Anyone know of anything? No? Completely the wrong board?

My alternative is taking fan translations of light novels, which I don't want to do because it's an uncontrolled variable (as I'd be comparing modern, unedited, probably pretty poorly written texts to old stuff.) But at least it's an option.
