By process of elimination I can be sure that it's Hakka, since that's the only Taiwanese dialect that I don't understand.
I'm looking through other photos of the guy who took the highres photo. Pic related is actually something I can read and understand, so it's not Hakka. It's taken on the same date so it's probably during the same tour as the door and the gate. There's a plate in the upper right hand corner (something 252) which might tell us about the exact location of this door.
On the other hand the left hand side of the original PCB door has talisman on it. Usually Taiwanese Taoist talismans have 勒令 in the middle but there it looks like it's 奉天 or something.
