The lack of overall difficulty from AT1's combat system I can sort of understand, but what's so wrong with Lyner?

Is a romantically dense MC really that much worse than a self-insert spineless MC whose only notable personality is being the "straight man" in every "comedic" scene?

and, unlike in AT2, if things get unbearably stupid, you can ingest enough alcohol to make even Infel's puns (english version) funny while not finding yourself getting your ass kicked by everything in combat.
