Hell yeah, in the story of Persephone and Demeter, Hecate is frequently depicted as a young girl guiding her older sibling Persephone to Hades in the autumn and then leading her back to Demeter in the Spring. What's interesting is that because of this, Hecate is one of the select few in Greek mythology with uninhibited access between the realms of the living and the dead and is free to pass between the two unmolested. Given that she's the youngest of the Titans, cares for the young, is a guardian of the home, and was the nurse of the Olympians, Hecate has a lot of connections to children and childrearing, which is probably why she's such a good maternal figure to Clownpiece, one of her faithful, dutiful Lampads and is also why she's commonly depicted as being youthful and young. As far as her status of being a virginal goddess, while she has a secret relationship to Zeus and has a lot of power (being the only one whom all miracles may be attributed to as decreed by Zeus) because he allowed her to keep what the Titans gave her along with the portion of the earth, sea and sky he divided among the Olympians (her being given a portion of all three, which is super weird given each of the Olympians only got one of the three), and her once being seated by his side at one of the temples before being replaced by his wife Hera, one can only speculate to the specific relationship between her and Zeus.
