Why can't ZUN make a game where the 2hus are adults?

I bought some sweets tonight, but on my way home I threw the half-eaten bag into a bush because it isn't healthy.

Anyway, I just reread the Reimu scenario and it's fairly clear she could have left the mansion. If that's the case, I don't know where the whole "Remi dun locked me up" came from, because she makes it seem like her staying in the mansion was entirely voluntary.

That's... you've got a point. I mean, Flandre has perfect control of her powers. And even with her "unstable personality", I believe she's not really insane so much as she has trouble controlling her temper, and thus breaks things out of anger or annoyance.
So there's no reason why she couldn't be in the fighting games, other than ZUN not putting her in there.
