I interpret more as the following
All 3 of them can read your relative anxiety, but their reaction to it differs greatly.
Meiling is a little sympathetic. She knows you're small time compared to everyone else who sits at this table, but quite frankly, she also pales a little in comparison to the 2 woman sitting close to her. She's eyeing both your play and your reactions, while remaining aware of the room's general atmosphere. There might be a scenario where there's nothing she can do for you, but she'll have at least understood the mental weight you were under.
Junko is as cold as the breeze of Winter. She's telling nothing more than what you could already decipher from her aura. Each play that you make could be your last, each emotion that you express could be your last. She knows it, you know it, and she knows that you know it. However, there lies no further intention beyond that.
Seiga, on the other hand... is quite delighted to see someone vulnerable at the table. Everyone else pretty much knows her awful deeds, and you might just know as well, but does that mean you can defend yourself against them? Seiga is the exact opposite of Junko, in that, just like Junko, she takes note of each of your plays and the various reactions you have as the game advances. It might not be useful to her right away, but later on, granted you make it through this whole ordeal, she'll know what makes you uncomfortable, she'll know how to exploit you, and you might just become her toy, metaphorically in the best of scenarios, and physically in the worst of them.
