The last time I ordered something (from Kanojotoys), the tracking stuff looked like this

and I just had to pay the taxes (to the mail delivery guy)

The only times I actually had to go to the customs office were when i ordered from NISA (the videogame company), because they always put a value of 20 dollars on the package and don't include the proper shipping documents...
