Oga is a little more difficult to guage because of methonium's style and way of showing character expressions varies as needed. One one hand she's jacked with really thick, powerful limbs and just generally really stocky with wide shoulders, but on the other hand she has a very soft, feminine face and a smooth belly with big tits, as well as a rounded hourglass waist. Whichever side is emphasized depends on the intent of any given frame, which can change multiple times per page in a manga. If all you see is her face and you don't know she's ripped, you might assume she's of average build.

If she's not flexing or the frame isn't particularly emphasizing her build the shading is really subtle and the overall shape appears more sturdy-thick. The pose you posted is a type of flex you can actually do as a workout, and she's clearly working up a sweat. For that particular frame she even has an extra layer of shading for more muscle definition.

Methonium is a good artist, though, so her face is pretty no matter what and her proportions are consistent, which are her most distinctive traits. She's best girl among the cast for sure.

As much as I love methonium's anatomy and style of soft thick girls, the really gentle, playful and pretty facial features are what really sell it for me. The softness carries over to her expressions and she just looks so absolutely kissable.

There are always these really alluring little subtleties to the shape of the eyes and mouth that say a lot.
