This isn't really the most optimized.
Shiratsuyu -> Murasame. Murasame can carry daihatsu and FCF unlike Shiratsuyu. Tama is better saved for E5 so you should just use a normal CL here. Escorts DD should carry gun gun boat/radar/skilledlookout
