Basically, this kind of person often appears in indie game dev teams. He's the new guy that suddenly wants to run the entire show for himself despite it already being a long established project with established team leaders. Sure, he may bring mediocre talent to the table, but that doesn't stop him; he still wants to make the project as his own.

Normally, these types of guys should be disregarded for the morons they are, but of course our Team of Anons was green when it comes to this game making thing. We all know what happened afterwards.
