It's basically adds in South Tyris and practically doubles the amount of content. Including new skills, new abilities, new enemies, new quests, new dungeons, new artifacts, sniper rifles, new items, pet evolutions, and new story as well which is entirely untranslated for the most part.

Here's some notes, I created most of them, but somebody else added the bestiary.

I was actually discussing this in /vg/'s roguelike general for a while now.

A lot of shit has been added including the entirety of South Tyris.

Unless you're a super grinder, you'll have to cheat your way through most of the new South Tyris main quest probably. I only managed up to Rehmido with savescumming, when I got there, there were spellcasters who could instagib my adventurer companion who pretty much carried the entirety of what I did before that in the main quest as well as me despite having superb resistances to every single element.
