I don't know why I remember the obscure semi-contradictory lore of MGE manages to lodge in my mind more than the fantasies of jiggling slime titties that I TRY to internalise, but this finally gives me an opportunity to put that useless information to use:

In MGE it's monsters that all become female and sexy. Humans, dwarves, elves, angels, and fairies aren't NATURALLY monsters. If they fall into a big vat of mamonomana, their women can become monsters.
It's humans that are actually the odd one out here. Elves become elf monsters, which still look like elves but are sluts. Dwarves, fairies, angels: ditto. But for some reason that's never been adequately explained, humans don't have a "monster version". Instead, when human women get splashed with mamonomana, they just become the same monster type of whatever did the splashing.

I truly abhor my memory's prioritization system.
