I'll just briefly go over each of seven islands:

First island: Al Mar?(Okay I admit I'm not that good in understanding Nipped version of Engrish so my interpretation can vastly differ from what KC originally had in mind but this is what it sounds in Japanese I swear)
Mainly consists of: Mermaids, Sea Bishops, and whole lot of other sea MGs
It's biggest of the seven islands, and state religion is of Poseidon's, and this is where the legend of 'the Mermaid Princess' (basically KC-approved happy ending version of Little Mermaid) happened. Bunch of churches and temples of Poseidon can be used as a wedding hall and the power of song from the legendary Mermaid Princess herself bless the newly weds so it seems a lot of couples get married here

Second island: Matori?
Mainly consists of: Sirens, Harpies, Mermaids, Scyllas, Mersharks
Pirate bay. It is said that it once served as a base for the legendary pirate and harbored a lot of pirates and thugs in the days of old DL but nowdays it seems like it just turned into a pirate-themed shopping district/theme park where shops and restaurants are literally pirate ships. There is something called 'pirate live', which seems to be some sort of guerilla live of Sirens where they suddenly show up and put up a live to enamor the listeners. They seem to do this on other islands as well, inviting listeners to come visit their island (or their bed). Also there seems to be a 'pirate show' between the shopkeepers where it seems like it is some sort of reenactment of battle between pirates. Of course, if you are male, you can be taken as a 'hostage' to pirate MGs during the show. If that happens you will be taken to their ship, will be fed delicious foods from their shop and receive lots of love from your 'kidnapper'

Third island: Nevia?
Mainly consists of: Mermaids, Mellows, Kikimoras, Lean Sidhes
Not a lot of info about this island is posted in the link, I'm afraid. But it seems like its beautiful scenery drew a lot of riches and nobles and in turn, it drew a lot of artists seeking for a patronage so it turned into some kind of artsy, classy cultural island. It has some sort of famous big opera house in it and that's about it.

Fourth Island: Sai-da?
Mainly consists of: Thunderbirds, Harpies, Black harpies, Gremlins, Automatons
Just like third not a lot of infos. It once tried to actively conquer other islands with its power coming from mines prodcuing rare minerals that generates electricity but nowadays it just is some sort of livehouse-y place with a lot of neon signs and musics. Also there seems to be a lot of 'bad' onee-sans about, actively preying on males

Oh and I forgot, there once was a great war between all seven of islands called "the great war of Asramis(?)" and it seemed like the war was never going to end but the song from one Mermaid Princess (I'm guessing the one from that legend) was able to capture all of 7 island's people's heart thus ending the war. She then gave each island a different song of bless and returned to the sea. So each island has 'utahimes' who have received the song from the princess and the illustration of different MGs posted in the link are of them

5th - rural, idyllic with a bunch of elementals. MGs there are unassuming and family-oriented

6th - strippers, prostitutes, parade. MGs there are of course very lewd

7th - deep sea. MGs there are of deep sea MGs thus mysterious, quiet and somewhat possessive.

Nah. This text clearly says you gonna get together with a 'prostitue' you have chosen for good and also there's this parade that happenes once a year in the stripper island where unmarried MGs go on a parade so men can just take any of them, and it clearly states every single men participated in the parade became husbands. More specific stuffs I'm too lazy to put in actual words right now but it seems at least in this island you don't have any of the loop holes

Speaking of the deep sea island, you can also find Shogs there too.
