Pretty pleb tier and bluepilled honestly. No, but seriously I don't see why it would have to be such a far fetched fetish to begin with, especially with language referring to the girls as toilets and meat urinals being pretty common, even far outside of Miel games. I'm not sure whether the bigger Miel fanbase are that perticularly drawn to internal urination or not. I for sure like it, but it seems like other things they do like impregnation, breast milk squirting, dogeza, nose hooks and animal costumes, that kind of basic stuff are more popular, or at least a lot more talked about and mentioned. At this point I think it's more the writers and developers themselves really liking internal urination as a fetish to be honest. Well, as long as they keep it up regardless I'm satisfied at least.
