Eventually you will remember stage 4 so well you will be able to do it with your eyes closed, but die on stage 5 or stage 6, or face the notorious fail at the last spellcard. Just keep going, especially if you still end up using continues.
Many 1ccs happen just after a failed run.
And ZUN thanks you for playing only after you finish it, 1cc or no. That's enough motivation for me.
