My biggest piece of advice would be regarding colors. Don't be afraid to experiment with different color combinations. Instead of just using a single pastel and pressing it darker to get shadows, mix other colors to get those rich shades that would really help make your picture pop out. For example, the bed Sakuya is on consists of pink and purple hues; transfer some of those onto Sakuya's skin in order to give her more depth. And to separate Sakuya from her bed better, color the sheets with darker cool colors, like blue. Right now, your piece is very white; our eyes tend to glaze over white, so more saturation will definitely help. And as a general rule of thumb, I like to avoid black. Black overpowers any colors around it, and feels like a cheap way to get shadows.
You've got a good foundation. Just keep building on it, and you'll be fine.
I've attached a piece I did with colored pencils to give you an idea about the kind of saturation I'm talking about. Opposing colors next to each other really help to catch our attention. And instead of black, I combined contrasts to get those darker hues (for example, with the top trees I combined red and green).

Hmm, I don't sell my work often, so I don't really know what a good price would be for my stuff.

To all the people who want to be artists in this thread, just keep drawing! I'm an amateur myself and I've been going through a dry spell recently, but it's important to never be intimidated to the point where you don't want to even draw. If you're afraid you'll make mistakes, don't be. We learn from mistakes, and that's how we get better.
