Yet you don't seem to have any qualms about using scans of photographs you got from an image loader.

Say, did you pay for them? Do you think that whoever scanned them asked for permission from Up-Front Agency© before distributing them by illegal means?
I hope you do realize that they don't come for free either and you need to buy them too unless you want to be considered as a thief by the international law.
