Why stop there at one?

You could create a whole prepackaged Touhou game out of Commodore Matthew Perry's voyage to Japan. It has the themes of a foreigner appearing from nowhere, as in Mountain of Faith and so on, and there are enough vessels to make a household for Perry. The Mississippi, Plymouth, Saratoga, and Susquehanna, to be specific. All heavily armed, all very old.

I assume the Commodore would be gender-swapped into a delicious foreign loli in order to keep with theme.
