idk if this is the right board for this, but my reasoning is it's jp so that means japan to me

anyway, just have a question:

what's with the blood type thing? I see girls mention their blood types in personals type adds, it's in games, I even have a couple JAVs where the supposed fetish is the guy is fucking a girl with a different blood type

is this a thing or am I just noticing something that isn't there
