A lot of people say IN is the easiest, but I have no idea why. Stage 4 is ridiculously difficult. Also, there's a part right at the end where all your lives and bombs get nullified and it lasts for a full 90 seconds where you have to move all over the screen and dodge some pretty confusing patterns.

My vote would probably go for PCB.

Well, I have a huge-ass floater in my right eye since 2 weeks ago and sometimes I see small light flashes all over my field of vision.

And a few months ago I got a fucking painful migraine and lost vision in the same eye for a whole day.

If I got blind I would kill myself... I would prefer to lose both of my legs instead.
