Her first ever line is a hearty "HOHOHOHOHOHO". What other character was that supposed to reference?
Lambda's behaviour is nothing like Takano, either, while she at least somewhat fits Satoko's tsundere-like, easily comically upset personality, akin to how Bernkastel fits the extremely cynical Rika we saw in Tsumi. And Takano never had any real interest in Rika beyond using her as a tool for the genocide, to the point where the two barely interact during Matsuri, with Hanyuu instead serving as Takano's nemesis, while Lambda clearly obsesses over Bern to some degree.
Plus, Whose Tea Party also precedes the cake riddle from Twilight, which gave Lambda an interest in traps, which is another blatant Satoko reference.

Ryukishi may have not made the connection as obvious as the one between Rika and Bernkastel, but it's obvious that from the very beginning, he designed Lambdadelta to reference both Takano and Satoko, with Satoko providing much of the personality and the references to Takano mostly being limited to the name and the word "zettai" (though as I said before, Satoko ties to this concept in Meakashi too, even if it was never explored in-depth much). And then Lambda gradually moved even more towards Satoko, probably in part to how much Ryukishi was enamoured by the "super paper" line and made it into the core of Lambda's character, which obviously would've fit Higurashi's Satoko better than Takano did.
