For context, Vlad is the name of a Rеdditor who asked Hololive to ban all Russians in chat. It is speculated he is also the anti poster in these threads. Now, every anti-ru poster is called Vladik.

Also a few things I wanted to address
1. There's been a talk about the translator anon cherrypicking and that russians are not actually 'based'. Of course he is
cherrypicking, what's the point of TLing boring shit? It's impossible for all of them to behave, people are different.
