Also, do you guys have other advice about having these dolls? For example, about the flight cases for storing dolls, can you lock those with a key or a combo lock? Not keen for anyone else to find out the contents, y'know.

Besides that, on price alone, I gotta wonder how to pick between tan Akane and Marnie. Marnie (I assume because she's silicone) seems to cost almost twice as much as Akane, and a flight case (or whatever lockable doll storage) seems like it's gonna be another couple hundred bucks. I mean, ~$600 for Akane is like buying a new console and a bunch of games or a middling laptop, while ~$1100 for Marnie is like a car repair bill or a gaming laptop.
