Shooters are hard by most people standards, yes, but that's the charm of the genre.

I will never forget the day I finally killed Yuyuko, DDP's Matrix Bee or the time I finished Hellsinker's last stage.

Had I killed them on my first try, the joy would have been greatly reduced. It's the sense of achievement that makes STGs so fun.
