The economic crisis started before Obama took office. Blaming this shit on him is just retarded.

However, this said I will agree that he's been lightfooted so far. It hasn't been very long, but his waffling on healthcare and lobbyist waivers are disconcerting.

Also the new healthcare reform includes an OPTIONAL public insurance plan, with people's preexisting plans untouched. Where the fuck are you getting this "dems will be exempt" thing from, too? Also, the CBO estimate doesn't take into account savings, given that significant portions of the existing healthcare system are flying towards a cliff right now.

When every other first-world nation spends less of their GDP on healthcare and covers many more of their citizens through UHC programs, it makes the US look strange.
