A woman can be girly, but not a girl.
Girl is a young female on the road to adulthood, while a woman is a grown-up female. While their personality can be girly, that doesn't really apply to Yuugi, who is a party-loving heavy drinker who loves to fight and compete.

There is nothing wrong with that, but it still isn't girly.
