"Fuck, I can't get through"

While in the antechamber of the Modern Magecraft Department, Lord El-Melloi continuously called out in a frustrated voice while trying multiple times to make his mobile phone work.
A while ago, he heard the sound of a building crashing and after the call was abruptly cut, he couldn't make contact with Flat again.
"Should I call the police chief then? No, I don't have his personal number. It wouldn't be a good idea to just call the police."
After placing his hands on the table and thinking for a short while, he stood up as if he's decided on something.
"As long as I'm stuck here...there's nothing I can do. Gah."
The moment he opened the door, his body was shot back into the room. Firmly stuck and spread out along the entrance was a bounded field that imitated a white snake.

In a corner of the antechamber, there was small vanity case.
It was a box he would usually put his spare cigars, but now there seemed to be an electronic ringing coming from within.
Puzzled, he opened to box, and tilted his head after seeing what was inside.
"What's this...? Just a moment ago, this was..."
It appeared within the box without anyone's knowledge, and playing an out of date ringtone -
Was a single mobile phone, bluer than Lapis Lazuli.
