According to contract law here he did. That is, he has a duty of care to highlight all particularly onerous terms (including the fact that you can't be a normal human anymore) ahead of time. He doesn't have to tell them himself but at least has to provide them with the packet of legalese and tell them it's strongly recommended that they read it given the nature of the contract. Of course IRL courts here wouldn't even give these minors capacity to contract something like this. Not surprised QB doesn't give a fuck about any human laws even though it's more clear cut than general values/morality.
