they're the same character to me, apart from obvious writing differences between nasu and urobuchi. it makes sense that she focuses less on 'honor' in f/sn, both because going through the events of f/z probably made her more aware of the cost of failure, and because her and shirous morals align a lot more,since he isn't constantly trying to gun down magi and anyone else who stands in his way.
in my opinion, it's a pretty good usage of her character, since unlike other servants she's still 'alive' and can still change.
