It's not a complete reset. You keep your stats and some other stuff. You can even edit your lovers and sexfriends to a certain extent. 2hus you fucked big time also gain the "It somehow knows exactly how to please you" for cunny, butt, tits and such. I currently doing a Nue only run. Pretty wholesome.
