The old theory used to be a witch who blessed Miyoko. But after Gou/Sotsu, it's obviously Satoko. There was a big hint in later Umineko too, but without the context of Gou/Sotsu it just made no sense.

Technically it was based on this. For more than a decade the only interpretation possible of this line was a reference to the original Higurashi. But then Gou comes and makes it much more literal.

Most Lambda fans seems to be from the ending of Umineko when she was an ally to Battler. You can even see her rising in popularity polls due to that.

It's why they often wanted to completely write off her creating the broken Bern and say that she just blessed Takano and then had nothing to do with the Higurashi board, in spite of stuff like the "endurance contest" reference.

There have been several things in Gou that would line up with Satoko being Lambda, especially in the last few episodes, but it isn't outright confirmed yet.

Still, by now, she is older than Rika, has Lambda's obsession with her, started using "Zettai ni", got told about Rika's journey with a comparison to the monkey theorem, is the one keeping Rika in a nightmare world in order to break her, referenced to her contest with Rika an endurance contest, just like Bern did, is torturing Rika in order to break her and keep her in a cage, got outright called "LD3105" by Featherine (3105 being a wordplay for Satoko)... Also, she let her "nii-nii" go in the very same scene where they first revealed her red eyes chronologically (which are used in Gou to indicate the looper's inner personality). Her middle school design also has longer hair (although still with her own bangs. not Lambda's).
