Yeesh, that thing is a piece of work alright. It doesn't seem much tougher than Re: Ume & Sakura, so I think I can take it on with some luck on my side, but I'll need to raise Wolfberry and Broom sooner that I'd have wanted, and possibly my second Viola too.

Wolfberry/Easter Cactus/Herbaceous Peony/Hanamomo/Sakura makes for a great single-target cheese team and can probably burst down the first two forms, while I can build up for a budget solar drive party with Broom, Mimosa, yukata Viola and Suzuna for the third form. Too bad I don't have the normal version of German Iris to cap that off, but I guess back-up rainbows and the lily squad will have to clean up the rest.

Interestingly, Easter Cactus' ability seems to trigger twice if it gets activated on the turn before a form change occurs.
