See the official sticky thread? That's an advertisement for something that isn't either anime or manga. Don't make the mistake of taking these boards seriously, because the scammy /b/tards that run this site don't give a shit about "weaboos." All they care about is causing other people discomfort (because they hate everybody) and making their secret corporate backers (who also hate everybody) (see a trend?) happy.

Theoretically it's supposed to be but we host a LOT of the touhou tripfags, ks devs, other advertisers and "because /a/ likes it it's on topic here" /v/ spillover that /jp/ was supposed to take over, as well as troll threads just like the ones on here and a ton of porn that would have gotten me banned if I'd dared to post it back when I was a regular there.

Actually I'm presently trying to decide on an /a/ substitute so I can just quit going there at all. Almost nobody there is there for what I used to get out of /a/. The rules haven't changed or anything but the mod is almost never there and the janitor does nothing except delete non-rulebreaking threads.
