Although >>13852767 probably didn't mean to offer a suggestion, Pullips are a great place to start. At ~$120-$150 they are priced very reasonably, and there are a ton of different dolls in lolita style. I got started collecting Pullips and have 14 - I love them all.

Another option is 'Lil Fairy, or Azone's 1/6 line of dolls. There are plenty of lolita style dolls to choose from in this lot too.

If you go with Pullip, I suggest ordering from Pullipstyle. They have amazing prices, a great stock, and awesome customer service.
