Took a quick screenshot of Yuyuko breaking the boss with her regular attack.

I don't have Kosuzu so I can't test her out but it at least reads like it might not be as simple since her last word is water elemental which the boss isn't weak against despite being all about fire. That would leave the boss with one more shield than before and I am not sure if the characters can survive long enough to remove it with their regular attacks. Maybe if Kosuzu has a Lily White/Remilia card to gain extra P she might be able to break the boss with her regular shot on the same turn that Yuyuko would otherwise do. I can't test it though, just throw theories around.
