Yeah, so far I think the one that's about equal to TRPG's prose would probably be Faraway Paladin, since that one was HEAVILY influenced by LOTR. Also, new volume soon r-right?

Hell no, Dungeon Dive wins in how bad the yan in yandere can get, Bahamut wins in how diverse yet memorable its characters can be, Sekai no Owari no Encore wins in the terms of how bad the world hates its MC, Vanadis wins in the senki category, Demon Lord's Tale wins in how much you want to kill yourself for how fluffy it is, HxH wins with a single mention of Reiri, and even fucking DxD wins in how hot-blooded the story can be. Hell, I haven't even mentioned actual pinnacle harem LNs like Rokujouma, a series that's so good it can singlehandedly support an entire publisher all on its own for ~15 fucking years. If you think it's unfair to compare published LNs to a Chink WN, then I give you MT, how would you defeat that huh?
Chink/Gookshit is really only popular due to its "novelty," which will fade away once you've read enough series to understand that it's as formulaic as "generic isekai" WN/LNs, and LTBE is no exception to that if you would actually care to break it down pieces by pieces.

I was originally just replacing the gun/laser sound effects since i play ranged, but ended up replacing more, and realized there's a lack of sound effect replacement packs.
So here's a small sound replacement pack. It doesn't replace everything, just a few sounds I felt could be better, mostly combat sounds to make combat a bit more satisfying to the ears:

Just place the sound folder in your Elona folder to replace. Or pick individual files.
Some suggestions on what else to replace or feedback would be cool too. I was just sorta winging it, especially with those magic sound effects, and will likely add more to it in the future.

Focus on acquiring all skills and cementing your play style. Get the gene machine and use it to give your pets the pickpocket skill (thief slaves from derphy work nicely for that). With every kill they make they steal a bit of money, which they use to keep their potential up. Absolutely necessary for any pet. Keep your light armor skill up, since you can't depend on dodging all the time (even with greater evasion). You have to set your own goals, like clearing set dungeons and obviously clearing quests. One of our resident madlads decided and managed to reach floor 6666 of the void in loss-mode. The rewards from random quests are basically just ressources you use to further level yourself.
