I respectfully disagree.
I found the final chapter of the third game to be one of the best experiences I've ever had with a VN, or any game at all for that matter.

I also immensely enjoyed the fourth case, and I liked the way the first, fourth and last cases tied together to make a well written, coherent story.

The final bonus fifth case of the first game remains my favourite case of any Ace Attorney game, but as a whole I found the third to be superior.

Also, that bitter-sweet ending... ;_;
