I really don't recommend using 16inch on monkeys because of the penalty thing. Stick with 38cm Kai.
Put Iowa as flagship, so you can put a machine gun instead of the armor. It's probably my slight preference.
Use full Reppuu + Saiun for 4 Nu Kai composition. I know you want some firepower for Node U, but you may need to trigger cut-ins on Z6.
You already have enough of Kurita team, so you can put Abukuma instead of Ooyodo for better firepower.
Put Ooi on 5th/6th slot for the clutch.
If AS didn't trigger, you could use two interceptors on the first squadron.
