When considering how inconsistent the official works are with sizes in addition to how Zun makes them all appear exactly the same, there's no sure way of telling whether the characters even have anything enough to warrant their own canonical sizes. However, quite a few official works have portrayed Sakuya with rather large breasts which may have influenced Zun's art somewhere down the road, where Sakuya appears with noticeably larger breasts than earlier games.

Did a typo there, was meant to say she's one of the 2hu's with biggest breasts. Which is true because only a few 2hus are actually shown having actual breasts.

>ZUN still draws her flat.
To be fair Zun draws everyone flat except in DDC in which he gave everyone breasts for some reason.
