From what I've seen, it looks like Medoi-san has, like, 3 different iterations. One looks like Medoi if she were a delinquent punk (see OP pic, the one with a cig in her mouth).

Sure thing.

Her name means "bother", so it stands to reason she's lazy and finds everything bothersome.

That's pretty much all there is. She has a cat that's pretty much the same personality, and it makes sense since she's lazy in a very similar way to a cat. She also uses a Segway to get around.
