Holos that can sing well:
>Sora, Suisei, AZKi, Kanata, Watame, Towa, Nene, Polka

Not to say that the other girls are bad and you can't enjoy them singing, but they are all very clearly a step (or ten) below that group.
And that's okay, you don't need to be able to sing well to make good music.
For example I fucking love Aqua's songs and karaoke streams, but she is not a good singer. At all.
