Back to the topic, plenty of JAV out there acknowledge these ADs and incorporate them into the scenario.
For example in SNIS-724 an AD managed to blackmail Kirara and fuck her between filming. Or in SNIS-776 a drunken Aoi Tsukasa was left alone with an AD who of course proceed to fuck her and film it. Not to mention those about female ADs too (of course they suspiciously fuck too well for amateurs)
