Yukari is spearheading an invasion of the Earth the manner of her earlier invasion of the Moon.

All of Gensokyo's strongest youkai will surge forth to conquer the Earth. At a (super) critical moment, Yukari will withdraw her support, leading to the youkai forces being completely annihilated.

The end result are that:
1.) Human power is set back hundreds of years
2.) Gensokyo is reestablished as the only safe haven for youkai
3.) Every youkai of with power and ambition who might possibly rival Yukari is destroyed

The border between the puppeteer and the puppets widen, and everyone knows who holds the strings.
