Nigerian scammers, Most of the motherfuckers are tall and muscular.
Far as I've seen in my experience, they target foreigners, become friends with them and make them visit a hostess club, blowjob bar, titty bars, tries to tempt you that you can fuck real japanese pornstars or whatever the red light district has to offer. You usually find them in Kabukicho and Roppongi.

Many victims who visit these hostess clubs gets their drinks spiked and they're being made to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM.
Or the girl you're talking to at the hostess club offers you sex for cash at a hotel and tells you the address and room number, only for you to find out the room number doesn't exist. Or it may get really scary and you can't leave the place without paying shit ton of money.
There are plenty of scamming methods they have. google ''Black scammers in Kabukicho/shinjuku/roppongi'' and you'll find many stories.

I went to Kabukicho in the spring of 2014 and 2015, it was fucking crawling of them every corner. You couldn't cross the district at 11PM without having even one of them running up to you and be like ''eyy man how u doin'' My first encounter with one was that he greeted me with a handshake and he wouldn't let go of my hand, I eventually have to use force to pull my hand out of his grip.
Some are really cool and let you off the hook by rejecting them once, but some are persistent as fuck.
Last time I went there was in June last year, I only saw 2 of them, none approached me.
Not sure how it is this year but thankfully it looks like there's been a crackdown on them.

Be them female, black or asian, treat any street touts as scammers.
