I'm torn. After a full year I decided to replay Umineko again, this time with voices.
But the voices are either always too loud or too quiet, they aren't adjusted at all and I have to go into the settings whenever the OST changes. Also, I feel like the sound effects were brutally turned down to not interfere with the voices.
I originally played Umineko with deafeningly loud music and I feel like this other version doesn't hold up, but some of the VAs are genuinely good.
