I am a logical man who understands that he literally has zero chance of even meeting the idols he follows and swoons over, let alone actually forming any sort of non-parasocial relationship with them.

Despite that, I do lose interest in an idol if they have a boyfriend. I don't know, if I'm in it for the fantasy, it's logical that anything that ruins the veneer of the fantasy would be a turn off.
