While I won't say Grisaia is unimportant, I'd say that if one project were "the only project which matters at this point" it would be I/O, which is currently making good progress and seems to be very awesome.

From what I heard, Never7 is good but as different from the other two as Remember11 is different from Ever17. It has the usual sci-fi mindfuck, but in a different way again.

12Riven was written after Takumi Nakazawa left KID, and it shows. It's directed by some random non-notable dude and written by Uchikoshi (known for 999). From what I heard it's considered a decent game, but disappointing if you expected an infinity-like game.

For infinity-like games after Remember11, you'll need to look at Takumi Nakazawa's new company Regista, and more specifically I/O and their upcoming game Root Double, both sci-fi mysteries directed by Takumi Nakazawa. I/O is written by Takumi Nakazawa and Romeo Tanaka (Cross Channel, Family Project), Root Double is being written by a new writer.

Inganock is not just furry, I've never heard of it before now. Should it get this many votes just because it's suddenly popular?

Vote I/O instead, it's from the same writer as Ever17.
