damn anon that's rough. I'm 185-186 cm so I never had to worry about height. A therapist would probably tell you to cope at 163 cm but honestly limb lengthening might save you. I knew a guy who went from 165cm to 178-180 cm with two surgeries ( 6 cm in tibia and 8cm in femur). He said it changed his life, women respected him finally and he wasn't instantly rejected. He honestly looks better after with the longer legs as well since his short legs were why he was small to begin with. Look into it and don't be put off by morons saying you will be disabled because my friend is athletic and fitter than 99% of normie faggots.

If your face is ok then its 100% your height that holds you back. I've got 4/10 face and my friend does better than me at 178cm because he has a 6+/10 face.
